During 80s and 90s our Bank was certainly in the lead in Information Technology and IT was implemented in the Bank in a professional way by trained Bank employees .The in-house News Letter called COMPUNEWS is one of the examples of many best practices followed at that time. It covered many technology aspects like SDLC, Process improvement measures, MIS, Terminal talk by the Leader and ofcourse cartoons. One of the cartoons published in COMPUNEWS ( idea by LakshmiRatan and cartoon by me) is reproduced above for the pleasure of my exCan group.
